The challenge
A phone system is the one app that isn't allowed to fail. Calls arrive over VoIP, messages ride WebSockets, and all of it has to stay reachable around the clock without draining the battery or the data plan. The desk-phone features businesses actually run on — transfer, conferencing, recording, forwarding — had to survive the move to a pocket without losing their reliability.

Full call control on mobile: hold, transfer, conferencing, recording, Do Not Disturb, forwarding, and selectable caller ID — your number or the company's, or hidden entirely.

More than calls: SMS and MMS, sending and receiving faxes, and support for multiple voicemail, fax, and SMS numbers in one place.
